A separate cloud-services category

HCLTech's entry uses the same result label but names Voice of the Customer for Public Cloud IT Transformation Services. It should therefore be cited as a different report context, rather than a fourth entry in the exposure-validation group. Its attached source is HCLTech's own report page. 4

A label needs its report context

The useful distinction is between the recognition wording and the subject of the report. Repeating only Customers' Choice loses information about which market or service the record addresses. Conversely, replacing the label with Winner would introduce wording that these records do not use.

Readers considering a vendor can follow the attached report sources and inspect the scope and basis of the recognition there. This briefing identifies the directory's four recorded entries; it is not an independent product comparison, an endorsement of a vendor or a complete catalogue of every company in the reports.
