## Two devices, two category references

ASUS is recorded with ASUS Zenbook DUO (UX8407) in the Laptop category. Fairphone is recorded with Fairphone 6 in Smartphone. Both entries use Gold as their result level and link to their respective iF project pages. [2](#source-2) [3](#source-3)

The model names are part of the useful citation. A claim about one named laptop or phone should not automatically extend to other devices sold by the same company. The table keeps the model identifier for the ASUS entry and the supplied Fairphone product name intact.

## Gold is the recorded wording

This directory preserves Gold rather than flattening all iF entries into Winner. That matters because the broader iF coverage contains different result labels. The narrower device comparison here concerns the two Gold records selected for this article; it is not a new selection made by the directory.

## Design recognition and product choice

An award project page can support a statement about a design recognition. It does not replace a current specification sheet, an availability check or testing against a buyer's requirements. This briefing makes no inference about price, repairability, performance or regional sale conditions from the award alone.

Readers can follow each project source and keep the year, category, level, company and precise model together when citing the result. The article date is separate from the edition year and does not claim a fresh verification of the underlying products.
