iLive outlines AI livestream and digital-human services for commerce

An AI commerce offering

iLive by SHOPNOW presents its business as a combination of AI livestream, AI video, digital-human, AI CEO and studio services. Its About page describes support for brands, creators and sellers, including content planning and conversion-oriented operations. This is the company's own account of its offering, rather than an independent assessment of its market position. 1

What the service page describes

The AI Livestream page sets out a workflow built around a digital presenter, prepared product information and responses governed by configured scripts or rules. iLive also describes multichannel broadcasting, comment handling, lead collection and performance reporting. These are advertised capabilities; their availability for a specific account or campaign should be checked with the provider. 2

The distinction matters when evaluating AI-led commerce. A service description can establish what a supplier offers, while evidence of effectiveness requires a defined campaign, measurement period and comparison. Readers should keep those questions separate when reviewing a proposed deployment.

Reading the claims in context

This briefing introduces the published service scope. It does not adopt iLive's marketing claims about savings or revenue as independently established outcomes, and it does not record an award for the company. For practical evaluation, a business can request a demonstration using its own product information and clarify which tasks still require human review. The original service page provides the starting point for that discussion. 2
