# Shopee app appears in Tech Awards 2025 e-commerce recognition

Shopee is recorded as Winner in Outstanding e-commerce app at Tech Awards 2025. The directory attributes this result to Shopee app, keeping the application recognition distinct from a claim about individual sellers.

## The recorded e-commerce app entry

Shopee appears in the directory under Outstanding e-commerce app, with Shopee app named separately as the product. The level is Winner and the edition is 2025. The supporting result link points to Báo Đầu Tư's awards report. [2](#source-2)

That attribution is useful because a marketplace brand, its application and the businesses selling through it are different subjects. The recorded recognition concerns the named app. It does not transfer to every seller, listing or item available through the marketplace.

## Why the category matters

Outstanding e-commerce app is the category wording preserved in the record. This briefing does not replace it with a broader claim such as best shopping experience for everyone. It also does not compare Shopee's present-day application with all competing services.

For readers researching awards, the company and product fields allow the recognition to be traced without guessing which part of a business the category addresses. The edition year provides another necessary boundary: a result in the 2025 archive should not be described as a newly awarded 2026 recognition.

## Separate evidence for shopping decisions

Current prices, seller reliability, delivery arrangements and dispute terms need their own sources. None is established by the award entry alone. The purpose of this account is to make the recognition easy to cite, with the precise category and source visible, rather than to recommend a particular purchase or seller.
