Projects, not just organization names

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission is recorded with the ASEAN 5G Skills Framework and Capacity Development Platform in Role of governments and stakeholders. Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education appears with Rumah Pendidikan in E-government. Both use Winner as the result level. 1 1

China Unicom's IoT Empowering Smart Agriculture Irrigation is recorded in E-agriculture. APNIC Foundation appears with Building Capabilities in the Asia Pacific (BCAP) under Capacity building, and Kobo with KoboToolbox under E-science. Keeping the unit of recognition visible

For this selection, the named project is essential context. An organization can operate many initiatives, and an entry about a particular platform does not imply that every activity of that organization received the same recognition. The table therefore retains the project title beside its category and recipient.

Coverage and interpretation

These five records show the breadth of subjects represented in the directory's WSIS coverage. They are not a complete account of all programme entries or a fresh measurement of public impact. When comparing the projects, readers should distinguish the award category from claims about adoption, service quality or outcomes. Those additional claims would need their own evidence and should not be inferred from the Winner label alone.
