Xanh SM has separate app and brand recognitions in Tech Awards 2025

Two subjects of recognition

The Tech Awards archive contains two Xanh SM entries with different subjects. Outstanding ride-hailing app names Xanh SM app in the product field. Most-loved Vietnamese tech brand identifies the company without attaching a particular product. Both records use Winner and belong to the 2025 edition. 2 2

Keeping the entries separate makes a difference to the claim a reader can make. One concerns a named application; the other concerns the brand. Combining them into a single best-app statement would lose the brand recognition, while describing both as product awards would add an attribution the second record does not contain.

The archive context

Tech Awards is organized by VnExpress. The source attached to these results is Báo Đầu Tư's account of the 2025 awards. This article brings the two recorded entries together for reference, rather than reporting a new award decision. 1

The words Most-loved are part of the recorded category name. They are not a new survey finding by this directory or a claim about how every customer views the brand today.

What the records do not compare

An app recognition and a brand recognition do not establish current fare levels, service coverage, availability or the quality of an individual journey. Readers researching those questions need current service information. For award citations, retain the year, exact category and distinction between the named application and the company.
